At the Thermax Bio-Gas Plant in Sangrur, Punjab, high oxygen consumption posed a major challenge during the micro-aerobic digestion of rice straw, making the process energy-intensive and costly. To improve efficiency, Nanokriti integrated the Virat N500 Power Bubble Generator into the existing system. By delivering oxygen more efficiently at the microbial level, the solution enhanced the digestion process while reducing daily oxygen consumption from 2,000 kg to just 200 kg.

This significant reduction helped lower operating costs, improve microbial activity, and enhance overall plant performance. The project demonstrates how Power Bubble Technology can help biogas plants optimize efficiency, reduce resource consumption, and support more sustainable agricultural waste-to-energy production.
